Ted's Favorite Treats

Wheat-free Salmon Treats
1 - 8oz can salmon with juice
1/2 cup chopped parsely
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup sesame seeds ground
1/2 cup flax seeds ground
2-3 cups of potatoe flour

Place all ingredients except potatoe flour into the food processor and mix very well. Add the potatoe flour until the dough forms like pie crust, and rolls into a ball. Turn out onto a floured board and roll out to a 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into strips or use a cookie cutter. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. you can make them them as hard or soft as you like by adding or reducing the potatoe flour.


Turkey Treats
1 pound ground turkey
1 1/4 cups fine bread crumbs
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Mix well in the food processor. Roll out into logs and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cut into slices and refrigerate the leftovers.

Tuna Treats
2 - 6oz cans of tuna in oil
2 whole eggs
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
2-3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients in the food processor. Add flour until it looks like stiff cake batter. Spread in a 13 by 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Edges will pull away from the sides of the pan. Cut into 1/4 inch squares and refrigerate the leftovers.

Liver Brownies

1 pound of beef or pork liver
1 whole egg
3 cups of oat flour (grind 3 cups of oats in food processor until it is flour)
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Mix all ingredients in food processor. Add oar flour until it looks like stiff cake batter. Spray pam or grease a cookie sheet and spread mixture out about 1/4 inch thick. You can sprinkle parmesan cheese on if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cut with a pizza cutter and placce in refrigerator until ready to use.
